Living a vegan lifestyle is very rewarding both physically and mentally, although it does have its downsides. The biggest of those is constantly trying to find vegan friendly meals and snacks. This is especially true if you are traveling or live in an area without access to some of the more well known health food stores. Thankfully there are some well known brands that, while not typically vegan friendly, do offer some great vegan choices. Keep in mind that not all of these options are un-processed, low sugar or gluten free. They can be great choices though if you are in a bind or even looking to treat yourself while still sticking to a vegan lifestyle.
